Travel Journey: Japan in 10 days

A summary of our trip to Japan that we can share with you to help you plan your trip run as smooth as possible. The rest can be planned accordingly to how you want it. We had a tour guide from the Good Samaritan Club who was very helpful on our trip to Kyoto. This is voluntary so this is free. Day 1: 
Flight to Narita Tokyo
Day 2:
Arrive in Narita Tokyo airport. Go to the JR pass counter and have your ticket validated. Take the Narita Express train to the Tokyo station (1 hr) using the JR pass. Take train using JR Pass to Kyoto. Arrive in Koto Hotel Kyoto. Here's a site, japan guide, that was very helpful for us on which train to take and how the JR pass works, etc.
Day 3: 
Tour around Kyoto. Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion). Here's a very helpful site that will tell more about the history of Golden Pavilion.

Eat good lunch.
